KOROSHI TAE KWON DO (Click for schedule)
A physical fitness program designed to offer an introduction to martial arts for children aged 5 and up as well as adults, Koroshi Tae Kwon Do incorporates several martial arts styles into the classes. Students will learn Korean Style Tae Kwon Do using foot work, Korean empty hand forms (kata), and American style karate for upper body work. Students will learn discipline and respect. Students will learn skills needed to advance through belt levels and have the opportunity for optional tournament competition. |

PERSONAL TRAINING (Click for schedule)Programs are designed according to the individual fitness needs of the student. Training sessions incorporate medicine ball, stability ball, weights, bands, and free hand training. Sessions can be scheduled for children and adults. Length of session and exercises used will depend on the age, health, fitness level, and intent of the student. |

PERSONAL DEFENSE (Click for schedule)Programs are designed to meet the needs of the class. Self-defense and escape techniques are introduced to offer students security and practical techniques to use in real life situations. Organizations or groups can contact Master Clinton to set up a personal defense class. Classes are usually 6-10 weeks long (1 hour each week) and can be as basic or advanced as needed by those attending. |

KOROSHI KICK FIT (Click for schedule)A combination cardio, toning, and aerobic workout. Koroshi Kick Fit works the heart through cardio exercises and uses conditioning exercises to tone and strengthen muscles. Oxygenation of the body is promoted through aerobic exercise and focus on breathing. This is a great alternative or compliment to traditional aerobics classes. |

MEDICINE BALL (Click for schedule)A low impact fitness class designed for core strength and toning. Medicine Ball uses stability balls as well as 6, 8, and 12 pound weighted balls to promote strengthening and toning. For further enhancement, toning and strengthening, 20 pound bands are used. This course is ideal for anyone interested in working the body's core through a lower impact class. |
